2015 Day 9

Alright, we've done it! We've made it to the end. How I will miss our classroom and the spark (literally and figuratively) you've all had for learning about integrating technology into your classes. As a quick change to the agenda, tomorrow's ceremony will now BEGIN at 9 AM. This is a slight change from the original program. Please be at DGS for a 9 am ceremony.

Today we will dedicate the afternoon to completing our e-portfolios, but for the morning block there are so many programs I still wanted to show you...but our time is drawing to a close. Maybe we should get together early tomorrow a like 6 am to go through a few more site? Anyone? No? Well don't say I didn't offer.

We will end our class discussing sites like WeVideo, Google Classroom, HSRTY, Knowmia, PhET, and some comic creation sites like pixton, storyboard that, and bitstrips. If time permits, I'd like to talk about Digital Citizenship. YouTube has assembled a good unit for teaching this and it can be found at www.google.com/edu/teachers/youtube/curric/index.html

I cannot thank you enough for the time we have all spent together. It truly has been my pleasure and I wish you all the best in the future.
