2015 Day 2

Welcome to day 2 of Developing Tech Inclusive Classrooms.

Today we are looking to change pace and allow for more independent discovery time with the building of a website or a blog. We will be using Google Sites and Blogger to develop these pages and the key focus for today will be that students are able to articulate their vision of classroom technology integration.

The topics of conversation today will include: Gmail, Blogger, Google Sites, Bitly, Goo.gl, SAMR, and Google Docs. Members of the class will be given the opportunity to work collaboratively in subject area or grade level groups and will present their findings to the class.

Should you require additional assistance with Google products (including Blogger) one great site, created by Google, that can assist you is https://edutrainingcenter.withgoogle.com/resources/tools.

Also a great visual guide for creating, posting, collaborating, and maintaining a Blogger account is available at http://www.educatorstechnology.com/2013/05/teachers-visual-guide-to-setting-up.html

The collaborative group work is available at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M7VM4nrfCLfFRmDxMTSatRDv174NGNZ35Nl6KQsBXDo/edit?usp=sharing
